Mr. Stojkoski was born in 1970 in Struga, Macedonia. His parents emigrated to the United States in the same year after spending six months in Vienna, Austria and settled in Cleveland.
At the age of 14 he was sent by his parents back to Macedonia to attend high school and returned to Cleveland after his high school graduation in 1987. In 1988, at the age of 18, he was the first United States citizen to serve in the Yugoslav army in where he served for year and a half in Bosnia & Hercegovina.
He returned to the US in 1989 and moved to New Jersey were at the age of 19 he opened and run a very successful ethnic Macedonian restaurant. He also run a successful asbestos removal company, a re-insulation company, and a rock bar in New York City and New Jersey. He is also promoting Macedonian Folk Music bands and organizing tours for them throughout the United States and Canada.
Mr. Stojkoski currently lives in Cleveland were he owns and operates a steak house and a night club and raises three children with his wife Nancy. He has been active in the Macedonian Orthodox Churches in New Jersey and Cleveland areas for many years and currently serves as Vice-President as well as Acting President of the Macedonian Orthodox Church St.Clement of Ohrid in Avon, Ohio
His personal goal is to raise sufficient funds to make possible the opening and operation
of an office of the Macedonian American Friendship Association in Washington D.C. that
