The Macedonian American Friendship Association is pleased to invite its members to a luncheon honoring the United States Ambassador to Macedonia, his Excellency Mr. Philip Reeker, to be held on Saturday October 3 at 12:30 pm in Columbus, Ohio.

Ambassador Reeker was sworn as Ambassador to the Republic of Macedonia on September 10, 2008. Previously he had served as a Public Affairs Officer of the US Embassy in Macedonia from 1997 to 1999 and in the mean time held a number of highly visible positions at the US State Department. Ambassador Reeker speaks fluent Macedonian.  

Ambassador Reeker previously visited Columbus in 2001, where he held a Department of State Town Meeting and also met with representatives of the Macedonian American Friendship Association.
